Questions
How do I get access after paying?
You receive a license key by email immediately after checkout. Paste it into the Bulk page (or use it as your API key) and Pro features unlock right away. No account or password needed.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Manage or cancel your subscription from the link in your receipt email. Your key keeps working until the end of the paid period.
Pack or subscription?
If you check your customer list a few times a year (for example before each quarterly EC Sales List), the one-time pack is cheaper. If you validate customers every week or use the API in your checkout, Pro is better value.
Do you charge VAT?
Payments are handled by our reseller Lemon Squeezy (merchant of record), which issues VAT-compliant invoices. Business customers can enter their VAT ID at checkout for the reverse charge.
What counts as a check?
Each VAT number sent to VIES that returns valid or invalid. Lookups that fail because a country is down are not counted.
