VATcheckly ("we") provides a tool to validate EU VAT numbers using the European Commission's VIES service. By using the service you agree to these terms.
The service
Results are retrieved from VIES and national tax administrations and shown "as is". We do not guarantee availability, accuracy or completeness of VIES data. You remain responsible for your own tax compliance.
Fair use
Free usage is limited to 25 checks per day. Automated scraping of the free tier, reselling access, or attempts to circumvent limits are not allowed. Paid plans include the monthly volumes listed on the pricing page.
Payments
Subscriptions are sold by our reseller Lemon Squeezy, who is the merchant of record. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; you can cancel any time and keep access until the end of the paid period. If the service doesn't work for you, contact us within 14 days for a refund.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
